Today's Metrics - 3/19/23

Pace is the average amount of time it takes to complete one mile during the total duration of your ride, including stopped time. Moving Pace is the average amount of time per mile for your ride, not including stopped time. I was told that there was a Sonic near the end of today's ride. As a result, we set a record for the trip for both Pace and Moving Pace !!!
